Should You Stop Dancing During Exams? I Think Not!

Dance and Exams

Most of the students, like me, get troubled when they see exams coming. You may also be facing academic stress right now as exams are approaching. Maybe you have a lot of studies left. But you haven't even started. Are you thinking to stop dancing to make time for studying? You won't after reading this post. Here are some tips for your friend, who himself is a student facing trouble.

How to dance during exams

Stay Motivated

The 1st thing to keep in mind is that this phase of time isn't permanent. It will go away after just a few months of boredom. And you always need to stay motivated and uplifted — when you dance, and also when you study. Listen to songs, watch motivational videos, or do anything else that inspires and keeps you moving forward. But don't spend too much time on these. You also have to study.

How to Practice

Don't stop dancing. I know you have a lot of studies left, but that doesn't mean you necessarily have to stop dancing. Move around a little for 5-10 minutes while you are taking a break. Keep your habit intact. So that when you can restart practicing after exams, you won't face any trouble.

Tips for Your Exams

Right now, you need to give priority to your exams. It takes a lot of practice to become a great dancer. But focus on your studies right now. You can then practice as much as you want after the exams.

And try to cover your syllabus fast. Here are some tips to help you:

  • Set a schedule
  • Research previous year papers
  • Complete the most important topics first.
  • Stay away from distractions.
  • Plan the things you need to study in advance

Conclusion

Just manage time wisely, get proper rest, and be a little strict with yourself. And there you go, some tips for you to keep dancing without interfering with your exams.

I hope it helped you even a little. And maybe I won't write much here because I also have exams.

Anyways, keep studying, keep dancing, and all the best!

Much love,

Kaushik
